Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy if requested to return the purchased item or items by Aero Ladies, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item or items to request a return should the product be defective or damaged. Misuse of item or items purchased does not qualify for a return or refund. If the Item is not requested to be shipped back to the sender by Aero Ladies, the buyer does not have to return the package and will be either sent a full refund for the package or sent a new same replacement item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item or items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return that qualifies once confirmed with Aero Ladies, you can email us at lambo1g@aeroladies.com. If accepted and requested by Aero Ladies to send the package for inspection.

If your return is accepted as a result of being damaged or wrong package is received, we’ll send you a return confirmation granted and will either request you the (buyer) to return the package with instructions prior to sending the package or not to return the package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted! The (Buyer) if the return is requested by Aero Ladies, will be responsible for all associated return shipping and brokerage fees applicable for Aero Ladies to receive your returned package to our returns department warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 7-days of receiving the package.

***DAMAGES CAUSES BY MISUSE ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR REFUND OR EXCHANGE***


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or refunds for packages received within 7-days if the item or items have been worn or used as due to the items personal nature. As well If the packaging of the item or items has been open or damaged or if any tags have been taken off should the item came with tags.

Also if the item or items are not damaged meaning, (FUNCTIONING RELATED TO THE PRODUCT). Please contact Aero Ladies should you have any questions or concerns about your specific item or items before purchase. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have if required to return within 7 days, and once the return is accepted, a new same item will be shipped out.


***Refunds***
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return if requested by Aero Ladies to send the package back to the shipper, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if the same item is not in stock to replace your defective package.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

***Gift Cards***

Issued gift cards are not refundable for cash value. Gift Cards are to be used as store credit at (Aero Ladies).
